Dr. Shim diagnosed my problem as a broken foot. He took his time and explained my injury and used my ex rays to show me how my injury was progressing each time he saw me. He went over my limitations and shoes that would be best for me to wear once the injury has healed.

If I could give Dr. Paul Angotti more than 5 stars I would. He was so personable and thoughtful. I had a k wire that was previously left in my foot start to come out of my bone and push on my skin. I had called Jefferson and this is who they transferred me to, and boy am I glad. I got an appointment within a week ( needed to see pcp for referral due to insurance). I was in so much pain and Dr. A took my thoughts into consideration while discussing my care. He was able to take the wire out in office and leave almost no scar. He provided the upmost quality of care from any podiatrist I have ever seen. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you again Dr. Angotti!!

The office is efficiently run and everyone, from the receptionist to Christine Smith to Dr. Angotti, comes across as efficient, patient-centric team players.
The doctor explained the procedure in detail and took time up front to set post-surgery expectations (and there were no surprises). Christine especially was “on point” in responding to questions about the surgery center plus, at each office visit (pre- and post-) was Dr. Angotti’s “ambassador,” setting the stage for when Dr. Angotti came into the room. In summary, Dr. Angotti’s team made this surgical event a positive experience.

From check-in my first impression was friendly, professional and warm. I was seen quickly with first an X-ray, then onto the exam room. The doctor was great, he quickly shared that my issue was arthritis and not a bunion. He was personable and explained all the details of an elective surgery to my issue. I will be moving forward and confident that on my next visit and subsequent planned surgery I am confident in this practice and Dr Angotti.

My experience with Dr Shim is really great I had foot injury,
Which upset me and being a diabetic raised my anxiety. He listened to me about my concerns, my fear of how wrong my foot injury could go, has totally gone under his care. He's really great, kind, caring very knowledgeable. And explains how to homecare till he sees you again. And very nice staff

I called the office today because I had an emergency. They told me to come right over. As soon as I arrived Nicole took me back immediately for an X-ray. Dr Shim was nice and caring. He took his time to explain my injury and how to care for it. I cannot say enough good things about DR Shim and his staff. I highly recommend him.
